How I Can Help...
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I approach problems differently than other mental health professionals. MFTs are trained to see problems as “systemic,” which means that a multitude of factors in your life have worked together to create a problem. Often times, old solutions are contributing to current problems. This results in families feeling stuck. We will explore you as an individual, your family, past family generations and legacies, community, race, ethnicity, culture, gender, and our society as a whole.
